The hotel was conveniently located, close to the market area and within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and offered great views of the surrounding area. the staff was warm and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the food at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast spread was good as well.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. the service was not the best, with some guests experiencing rude behavior from the staff.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the main market, making it easily accessible. It is situated in a quieter area, away from the crowd, but still within walking distance of the market. the rooms are spacious and clean, with large bathrooms equipped with decent toiletries. the staff is friendly and provides quick room service. the hotel also offers good views of the snow-capped mountains. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast spread and delicious food options, including non-veg dishes for dinner.
The hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Great stay overall! The hotel was conveniently located near the main market and offered stunning views of the mountains. The staff was very hospitable and attentive to our needs, making our romantic escape very special. The daily buffet was a highlight with delicious food options and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel lacked a few facilities that would have made our stay even better, such as a functioning intercom and consistent hot water. the climb up to our room on higher floors was tiring at times.
